Egészséges táplálkozásra nevelés, mint értékközvetítés az iskolában

Absztrakt

Az iskolai egészségnevelés, illetve az egészségnevelés hazai és nemzetközi szemléletének bemutatása a neveléstudomány területén részletesen feldolgozott és ismertetett, azonban az egészséges táplálkozásra nevelést mint az egészségnevelés részét még nem, vagy csak részleteiben mutatták be. A kutatás célja ezért az egészséges táplálkozásra nevelés mint értékközvetítés szerepének és lehetőségeinek bemutatása az iskolában, valamint az egészséges táplálkozásra nevelés elméleti alapjainak, az egészséges táplálkozás értékrendszerben elfoglalt helyének ismertetése. Az iskolai oktatás az egészséges táplálkozási magatartás alapja és kialakulásának feltétele. Az egészséges táplálkozásra nevelés az iskolában két formában jelenik meg: az iskolai közétkeztetés és az ahhoz kapcsolódó iskolai reformok, valamint a táplálkozási oktatási intervenciók keretében. A táplálkozástudatosság kialakításában az egyik legfontosabb szocializációs színtér az iskola, amely kiemelkedő szerepet tölt be a gyermekek táplálkozási magatartásának megváltoztatásában.
