Absztrakt

The study is that of a lakeside Balaton’s towns through the development of South-Transdanubia region’s economic, social and political life of small towns, strongly influencing the long-term development and characteristics of present laws. The dualism in the second half, however, increased market and trade flows have been opened, which greatly facilitated the construction of rail bonding. This study present the urban services, institutions and decision-making process, which are raised this area around the central role. I examine that, the small town in a lakeside region can we probably typically categorize or not. I would like to explore, in this region a special characteristic feature. In South-Transdanubien region is the small town a micro-region centres or market centres; therefore the development of small town depends on the results of the resources and cooperation between town and surrounding villages. I examine what is the common interface by the towns (Zamárdi, Balatonlelle, Balatonboglár, Balatonföldvár, Fonyód, Tab, Lengyeltóti) outside geography proximity. I will be several aspect analyse of this development: under population, age strukture, labor-force, land tenure, agricultural models, industrial and service sectors.
